("Application"), developed by the SantaList Team. By using the

- Usage data (screens visited, features used)

Gift & Budget Data
Data Privacy: SantaList helps you organize your holiday
shopping. All recipient names, gift lists, and budget details are stored
securely.

- Recipient names and relationships (e.g., "Mom", "Family")
- Gift items, prices, and status (Purchased/Wrapped)
- Total budget settings
- Notes added to gifts
How We Use This Data
- To provide list management and organization features
- To calculate remaining budget and spending analytics
- To generate AI gift recommendations based on your input queries

We may use third-party services to help improve our application. These
services may have access to anonymized, aggregated data.
The Application uses the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat (for subscription management)
- OpenAI (for processing AI gift queries)
- Apple/Google Analytics (for app performance monitoring)

Data Storage and Security
Local & Cloud Storage

Your gift lists are primarily stored locally on your device for offline
access.

If you are a Premium user, data may be synced via iCloud to allow access
across multiple devices.

Passcode Security

If you enable Passcode Lock or FaceID, this authentication happens
entirely on your device. We do not have access to your passcode or
biometric data.
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop data collection at any time by:
- Uninstalling the application.
- Turning off notifications through device settings.
- Requesting account deletion via support.
Data Retention
We retain user data as long as you use the app. If you delete the app,
local data is removed. Subscription data is retained by the App Store
provider for billing history.
Children's Privacy
Age Restriction: This app is intended for general
audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 13 without parental consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on
