SantaList mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Use. Please read them carefully.
1. App Overview
SantaList is a mobile application designed to help users organize
Christmas gift lists, track budgets, and generate gift ideas using
Artificial Intelligence. The app offers list management, budget analytics,
and security features through both free and premium subscription tiers.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
SantaList Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription
options:
- Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week

Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year (Best Value)
Note: Prices may vary by location and tax regulations.
Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 Subscription Features
SantaList Premium includes:

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your
device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store
(Apple App Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon
confirmation of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
For iOS users:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find SantaList and tap it
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. AI Disclaimer
Accuracy Warning:
- SantaList uses Artificial Intelligence to suggest gift ideas.

Suggestions are generated automatically and we cannot guarantee
availability or exact pricing of suggested items.

Users are responsible for verifying product details and prices with
retailers before purchasing.
- We do not directly sell the items suggested by the AI.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your device and passcode.
- Do not share your Premium account credentials.

Ensure you back up your data (e.g., via Export) if you plan to uninstall
the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
SantaList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but
not limited to data loss or budgeting errors.
